New Route to Get Permanent Residency in Canada

Canada unveils a new immigration program to enable temporary residents to get into permanent residency. This program is for certain temporary residents who are living and working in Canada with their families.

The immigration program primarily targets healthcare and other workers in Canada and international graduates from Canadian colleges and universities.

Eligibility Requirements

● You have relevant work experience in Canada in the healthcare industry or other essential fields
● You have done graduation from a Canadian post-secondary institution

In this program, there are 6 streams:

● 3 accept both English and French-speaking applicants
● 3 are solely for French speakers

Once a stream has reached the highest number of applicants, the stream is omitted from the portal. Thus, you won’t be able to apply. Make sure that you meet all the necessary eligibility criteria prior to applying for a stream.
